Finding community is one of the best things that any person with an intersex variation can do. Thankfully, our communities exist online as much as they do face-to-face. Find out more about our regular Zoom catch-up sessions and maintain contact during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Family Day, Sunday 17 November, 1-4 PM

Melbourne family day on 17 November

We’re holding a family day on the afternoon of Sunday 17 November from 1-4 PM at Altona Homestead in Melbourne. This is a free event for intersex people and our families, including parents of children with intersex variations. Come along!

YOUth & I book launch

YOUth & I youth publication launch

Youth project YOUth & I will launch its publication on Monday 28 October, 5.30-6.30pm at Smith’s Alternative in Civic, Canberra. “Entry is free! Books will be available in print for a small fee and available for free download online after this date.”

Open community social events in Sydney, second Tuesday of each month

Open community social events for people with intersex variations will start in Sydney on 9 December 2014, in partnership with the AIS Support Group Australia. Anyone with an intersex variation is welcome, as are parents and families of children and adults with intersex variations. You don’t need to be a member of either organisation to come along.
