NSW Judicial Commission report on equality before the law

The Judicial Commission of NSW has published an updated edition of the Equality Before the Law Bench Book.

This 13th edition of the book contains substantially updated material on people with intersex variations following consultation with IHRA. While we hope that future editions will further improve on this material, this represents a significant and very welcome step forward for the Commission, and we warmly welcome their engagement with us.
