We have made a submission in response to an invitation by the Northern Territory government to respond to proposals to amend the Anti-Discrimination Act 1992.

In November 2018, we made a brief submission to the Social Policy Scrutiny Committee, Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory regarding reform of birth registration. Our submission was made in line with the Darlington Statement.
OII Australia has made a formal submission to the Northern Territory Department of the Attorney General and Justice. It responds to a consultation on reform of anti-discrimination law.
