On Intersex Awareness Day, a consortium of intersex-led and allied organisations will proudly announce the recipient of the first annual Darlington intersex ally award, the Darling. It will be presented to an organisation, institution or individual that demonstrates a commitment to action on intersex human rights beyond affirming the Darlington Statement.

Together with the AISSGA, we started regular monthly social events in Sydney in December 2014. From September we’re going to change the day and venue. Open community social events in Sydney, second Tuesday of each month

Open community social events for people with intersex variations will start in Sydney on 9 December 2014, in partnership with the AIS Support Group Australia. Anyone with an intersex variation is welcome, as are parents and families of children and adults with intersex variations. You don’t need to be a member of either organisation to come along.
